Terms & Conditions of Jaz Hmar Business Network

Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining the Jaz Hmar Business Network, every member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership

Businesses may apply to become a Growth Partner or may be invited directly by Jaz Hmar.
Acceptance into the Growth Partnership Programme is entirely at the discretion of Jaz Hmar.
Official Business Network Membership is available by invitation only to Growth Partners and cannot be applied for directly.

2. Membership Benefits

Benefits vary depending on whether the business is a Growth Partner or an Official Business Network Member. Details of the current benefits are published on the official Jaz Hmar Business Network website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Membership Fee

Membership fees shall be paid according to the current membership programme.
Payment shall be made on or before the 7th day of each month.
Members are requested to inform Jaz Hmar in advance if payment is expected to be delayed.
Payment once made will not be refunded.

6. Responsibilities of Jaz Hmar

Jaz Hmar shall make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed promotional, marketing, and strategic support associated with the applicable membership programme. Promotional activities may vary depending on campaign planning, business suitability, audience relevance, content quality, and platform availability.

7. Responsibilities of Members

Provide quality products and services.
Maintain high standards of customer care and after-sales service.
Operate ethically and professionally.
Maintain valid business registrations, licences and relevant documents where applicable.
Protect and uphold the reputation of the Jaz Hmar Business Network.
Pay membership fees on time.
Members shall cooperate in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.

8. Membership Review & Termination

9. Use of Network Identity

The official Jaz Hmar Business Network branding, certificate, Membership ID and signboard may only be used while membership remains active.
Upon termination of membership, the member shall discontinue the use of all Jaz Hmar Business Network branding and promotional identity.
Growth Partners may not use the Official Business Network branding, 3D Signboard, Membership Certificate, Membership ID, or represent themselves as Official Business Network Members unless formally invited and approved by Jaz Hmar.

10. Promotion to Official Business Network Membership

Official Business Network Membership is an earned recognition offered only to selected Growth Partners.
Eligibility for promotion does not guarantee promotion.
Promotion remains entirely at the discretion of Jaz Hmar.
Eligible businesses may accept or decline the invitation.

11. Results disclaimer

Jaz Hmar Business Network does not guarantee any specific increase in sales, customers, revenue, profits, or business performance. Business growth depends on numerous factors beyond marketing efforts, including product quality, pricing, customer service, market conditions, and the implementation of agreed strategies.

12. Content approval

All promotional content remains subject to review and approval by Jaz Hmar. Jaz Hmar reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify promotional content that does not align with the values, standards, or reputation of the Jaz Hmar brand.

13. Confidentiality

Any business information shared during Growth Partnership meetings shall be treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the member.

14. Force Majeure

Promotional activities may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, platform outages, technical failures, travel, or other events beyond reasonable control.

15. Amendments

Jaz Hmar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
Members shall be informed of any material changes before they take effect.

16. Acceptance

By accepting an invitation and becoming a Growth partner or as a member of the Jaz Hmar Business Network, the business is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
