Online tutoring on molecular docking

In the online tutoring, students will learn protein preparation, ligand preparation, molecular docking, result analysis in 2D and 3D format, PyRx 0.8 virtual screening tool, Discovery Studio Visualizer, ADMET Webtools, Protein and Ligand Databases. Students usually complete the session within 2 hours only. The online tutoring is conducted through Google meet.
