Authors remain responsible for complying with the AI-use, disclosure, authorship, and acknowledgement policies of their journal, university, or institution. Where AI-assisted technologies are used, we encourage transparent disclosure in accordance with the relevant journal or institutional guidelines.
For Options 2 & 3 - Manual Scientific Writing Refinement:
Your manuscript is manually reviewed and refined based on our scientific writing and publishing experience. Generative AI is not used to rewrite the manuscript text under this option.

By using Jazer Research Lab’s Scientific Writing Refinement service, you agree to the following:

This service refines existing author-provided scientific drafts. We do not perform the underlying research, data analysis, scientific interpretation, or authorship contribution on behalf of the client.

You are authorized to submit the document and any associated material for refinement.

The service is intended to improve scientific writing, clarity, coherence, readability, structure, and tone.

Jazer Research Lab does not fabricate data, experiments, results, references, or scientific conclusions.

The research, interpretation, conclusions, and scientific responsibility remain with the author(s).

The method of refinement depends on the service option selected by the client:

AI-Assisted Writing Refinement: AI-assisted technologies may be used under human supervision and researcher oversight.

Manual Scientific Writing Refinement (Options 2 & 3): The manuscript is manually proofread and refined based on scientific writing and publishing experience, without generative AI being used to rewrite the manuscript text.

Authors must review and approve the final document before journal, university, or institutional submission.

Authors remain responsible for complying with the AI-use, disclosure, authorship, and acknowledgement policies of their journal or institution.

Where AI-assisted technologies are used, authors should disclose such use in accordance with the relevant journal or institutional guidelines.

Journal acceptance, publication, academic grades, peer-review outcomes, or plagiarism/similarity percentages are not guaranteed.

Delivery time depends on the selected service option: 0–2 days for AI-Assisted Writing Refinement and typically 4–7 days for manual refinement services.

One reasonable revision related to the original refinement is included. Major changes, additional sections, or new content may require an additional fee.

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, except where Jazer Research Lab is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Submitted documents remain the client’s intellectual property and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Professional writing or manuscript-development assistance provided by Jazer Research Lab should be acknowledged where required by the applicable journal or institutional policy.
