The following rates are applicable to businesses and organizations operating in Mizoram.

For brands, businesses, organizations, and agencies outside Mizoram, advertising and collaboration rates are quoted separately based on the campaign requirements, platform, deliverables, production requirements, duration, and intended audience.

Advertising Rates & Terms​​

By requesting, booking, or making payment for any advertising service, the advertiser confirms that they have read, understood,

and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Mizoram Business Advertising Rates​​

1. Instagram Story

• ₹500 per story

• Duration: 24 hours

2. Instagram Reel

• ₹3,000 per individual reel

• ₹5,000 per collaborative reel

3. YouTube Community Post

• ₹1000 per post

• Advertiser must provide caption with 1–10 photos

 

4. YouTube In-Video Advertisement (Private Businesses)

• 1 Video ₹2,000

• 5 Videos ₹5,000

• 10 Videos ₹10,000

• 20 videos ₹15,000

• 30 videos ₹20,000 

• Maximum duration: 60 seconds

• Placement: Beginning of the video

 

5. YouTube In-Video Advertisement (Government Initiatives)

• 1 Video ₹4,000

• 5 Videos ₹10,000

• 10 videos ₹20,000

• 20 videos ₹25,000

• 30 videos ₹30,000

• Maximum duration: 60 seconds

• Placement: Beginning of the video

 

6. Movie / Trailer / Interview / Speech Playback or Reaction on YouTube

• 0–5 minutes ₹2,500

• 5–10 minutes ₹5,000

• 10–20 minutes ₹7,500

• 20–30 minutes ₹10,000

 

7. On-site Vlogging / Business Promotion on YouTube

• Suitable for: Shops, Restaurants, Cafés, Carnivals, Malls, Hotels, Businesses, Events, etc.

• Rate: ₹10,000

 

8. Advertisement Video Production

• If Jaz Hmar is required to create or edit the advertisement video, an additional charge of ₹3,000 will apply.

• P.S.: I don't do editing very well, so it's best to get it done by a professional.

Out-of-State / National / International Brand Collaborations

Advertising and brand collaboration rates for businesses outside Mizoram are customized on a case-by-case basis.

Quotations may vary depending on:

• Platform and content format

• Campaign scope and deliverables

• Content production requirements

• Campaign duration

• Target audience

• Usage and licensing requirements

• Travel or on-site requirements, where applicable

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By requesting, booking, or making payment for any advertising service, the advertiser automatically agrees to these Terms & Conditions. No separate signature is required.

 

2. Scope of Advertising

Advertising may include one or more of the following, depending on the package selected:

• In-video advertisements

• Community posts

• Instagram Stories

• Instagram Reels

• Pinned comments

• Other promotional formats mutually agreed upon

3. Payment

• All advertising fees must be fully paid in advance.

• Advertisement scheduling begins only after payment has been received.

 

4. Non-Refundable Payments

• All advertising payments are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

 

5. No Performance Guarantee

• Jaz Hmar does not guarantee: Number of views, Reach, Likes, Shares, Comments, Sales, Customer enquiries, and Business growth. Video performance depends on YouTube's recommendation system and audience behaviour, which are outside Jaz Hmar's control.

 

6. Limitation of Responsibility

• Jaz Hmar's responsibility is limited to publishing the agreed advertisement. The advertiser remains solely responsible for: Products, Services, Offers, Pricing, Customer support, Business operations, and Legal compliance

 

7. Multiple Advertisements

• Jaz Hmar reserves the right to display advertisements from multiple advertisers simultaneously, including advertisers operating within the same industry or market segment.

 

8. Advertisement Materials

• The advertiser shall provide all required materials, including but not limited to: Logo, Images, Videos, Captions, Contact information, Website or social media links unless advertisement production has been separately requested.

 

9. Advertisement Production

• Where Jaz Hmar is requested to create an advertisement, an additional production fee of ₹2,000 shall apply.

 

10. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

• If advertising cannot be published due to illness, technical issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, the advertisement will be published as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

11. Copyright and Legal Responsibility

• The advertiser confirms that all supplied materials are legally owned or properly licensed. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Jaz Hmar harmless against any claims relating to: Copyright, Trademark, Defamation, Misrepresentation, Intellectual property infringement, and Any other legal dispute arising from the advertisement.

 

12. Government Advertisements

• Advertisements relating to government initiatives are accepted independently. Jaz Hmar does not solicit government advertisements through political parties, is not owned by any political party, has no financial interest in any political party, and operates independently while maintaining editorial neutrality. Acceptance of a government advertisement does not imply political endorsement.

 

13. Advertising Schedule

• Advertisement publication dates may vary depending upon: Current advertising queue, Content schedule, Public holidays, Breaking news, and Other production requirements.

14. Electronic Receipt

• An electronic receipt (e-receipt) will be provided upon request.

 

15. Modification of Rates

• Advertising rates may be revised at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings that have already been paid for shall remain subject to the rates applicable at the time of payment.

 

16. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.Any dispute arising from these advertising services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Aizawl, Mizoram, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
